Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Omada account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship to Omada

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
